Minot State Falls to #5 Upper Iowa 33-11

Minot State continued their early season NSIC gauntlet Thursday evening at #5 Upper Iowa, a day after taking the mat against #1 St. Cloud State.  The Beavers fell to the Peacocks 33-11.  Picking up wins for Minot State were Liam Hayden, Tanner Crissler, and Jordan Will.  Hayden and Crissler scored back-to-back wins at 141 and 149, Hayden via fall in 3:47, and Crissler by 7-5 decision.  Will, a two-time state champion from Bishop Ryan in Minot, defeated Bodie Garnier 5-1 for his first NSIC dual victory.
