Augustana looked every bit the NSIC power they are with a 36-3 victory over Minot State Friday evening.  Augie won the first nine matches of the dual and sprinted out to a 36-3 lead before Mitch Eull finished the match with the Beavers’s lone win.  Full defeated Lane Lettau by 4-1 decision at 285.

Dean Arevalo, who continues to impress for the Beavers at 125 pounds, nearly scored an upset of Augie national qualifier Brandon Carroll, falling by razor thin 8-7 margin.  From there, Augie reeled off three straight bonus point victories to make the dual score 18-0 after 149.

157 Zach Berry and 165 Caros Toledano then took back to back decision losses.  Berry losing to Bailey Neises 5-2, and Toledano falling to Regan Bye 6-3.  Augistana then scored three major decisions in a row before Eulls victory.

Minot State travels to Southwest Minnesota for another NSIC tilt Saturday afternoon.
