The University of Jamestown has announced that the first ever NAIA Women’s Wrestling Invitational has been cut to one day.  The Invitational was initially scheduled for Friday and Saturday, March 15-16, but a projected blizzard that could bring heavy snow is  expected to hit Jamestown early Thursday morning and extending through Thursday evening.  With travel nearly impossible into Jamestown Thursday, tournament officials were forced to make the event a one day affair.

All rounds for the event will be retained.  Doors to Harold Newman Arena will open Saturday at 7:00 AM, with matches beginning at 8:00 A.M.  The national finals are schedules to begin at 7:00 PM.

Tickets will be $15 dollars for adults and $10 for students.  The ticket covers the entire day’s matches
