Western North Dakota dominates the latest Class A Individual Tournament Team Rankings with seven of eight spots. Bismarck High again leads the charge at 104 points, 32 ahead of second place Minot and Dickinson. With state champion Kelby Armstrong now down to 113 pounds, Minot leapfrogs into a tie for second with Dickinson. Armstrong was champion in Carrington over the weekend and remains undefeated on the young season. West Fargo, the lone EDC team in the rankings, is propped by #1 ranked state champion Cade Pederson.
