Ryan Ripplinger, a three-time state champion for Bismarck High School, has made a verbal commitment to North Dakota State University.  Ripplinger will join a Bison squad that should be filled with North Dakota talent over the next five years; including former Bismarck High teammate Taylor Nein.

With its proximity to Bismarck and the relationships Ripplinger has built with the staff, NDSU became the perfect choice.

“I chose NDSU because it’s close to home I’ll be close to my support system that has helped me from day 1,” Ripplinger stated to NDwrestle.  “I have a great relationship with the guys on the team and with the coaches. It’s a great school for my educational goals and my wrestling goals. They are on their way up and are building quickly and I can’t wait to be apart of it.”
