North Dakota State University has received a verbal commitment from Ohio Division 1 2X state place winner Gary Wokojance.  Wokojance advanced to the semifinals of the Ohio D1 state tournament as a junior before finishing in sixth place at 182 pounds.  The Barberton, OH senior had a fantastic spring, going undefeated at NWCA/USA Wrestling Folkstyle Duals and winning a title in the 182 pound junior division at NHSCA nationals.

Wokojance is the second verbal commitment for NDSU in the class of 2019, joining Buffalo, MN senior Riley Habisch.

Wokojance verballed to NDSU after a recent visit to campus.

“NDSU is a great campus,” Wokojance stated.  “I really like Fargo and the wrestlers were great guys.
