3X MSU Moorhead All American Blake Bosch is jumping back into competition more than a year after finishing second at the Division II NCAA championships.  Bosch, a 3X North Dakota Class B state champion from South Border, is entered into the Freestyle 61 KG weight division for the senior level US Open.  The Wishek native is currently a graduate assistant at Moorhead, and will compete under the Dragon Wrestling Club Banner this weekend.  The 61 KG field is loaded with talent and includes the last four 133 pound Division I NCAA champions.  Though it has been awhile, Bosch has had success competing against wrestlers in the field.  As a prep, he recorded wins against NCAA champion Seth Gross and multi-time Iowa State All American Earl Hall.

The US Open will run Friday and Saturday at the South Point Convention Center in Law Vegas, NV.  The winner of the US Open at 61 KG will advance automatically to Final X, the best of three series that will determine this year’s Unites States World Team member.
