North Dakota State has added another name to the already impressive list of commitments for the class of 2017.  Sawyer Degen, four time state champion from Belgrade High School in Belgrade, MT, will join the Bison this fall.  Degen won his final title this past February at 138 pounds with a  4-0 victory over Polson’s Parker Adler.  Degen is the 31st four time state champion in Montana history.

NDSU’s recruiting class now boasts state champions from five different states, including North Dakota three time champions Brandon Metz and Jesse Shearer of West Fargo.
