The Bismarck Demons lead the Class A in 2019 returning team points. Though the Demons lose state champions Lake Boese, Ryan Ripplinger, and Chase Dockter, they also return the state champion Tanefeu brothers and Brandt Kringlie. All three will be juniors next season. The Demons will also benefit from the return of Gage Roaldson, who missed the 2019 state tournament due to injury, and added points of unattached third place finisher Kaden Renner.
Bismarck Century is second with 92 returning team points. The Patriots lone loss is state champion Matthew Rader, and their point total could boost significantly if Coach Jerald Lemar can find a way to get unattached placers Neil Bohrer and Kaden DeCoteau into the lineup next year,
Rounding out the top five is Minot, Dickinson, and Mandan. The first EDC team on the list is Fargo Davies with 57.
