Zillmer Grabs Bronze in Serbia

Hayden Zillmer scored a bronze medal at the Gedza Memorial in Kragujevac, Serbia overnight.  Zillmer, who now competes for the Minnesota Storm out of the Twin Cities, finished the day 3-1.  The 2015 NDSU All American scored two victories before falling in the semifinals 2-0 to Mikheil Kajaia of Serbia.  In the Bronze medal match, Zillmer fell behind Croatia’s Stjepan Lavric 2-0 on two passivity calls, but got the job done with a walk off fall in 5:25.
