Minot’s Racine Wins NWCA Coach of the Year For North Dakota

Minot High head coach Justin Racine has been named the National Wrestling Coaches Association Coach of the Year for the state of North Dakota. Racine led the Minot High Magicians, his alma-mater, to the 2017 North Dakota State individual team championship in the Fargodome this past February.
